Is the B7500 at 21 hp adequate for a 4 foot bushhog brush mower? Also, what have other users experienced regarding the rear lift of the B7500, B7300, and B7100 tractors that do not have position control? Do they hold their position or do they tend to leak/drop down and constantly need to be adjusted?Any comments would be greatly appreciated. I am considering the B7500 and B2410.

There is one thing I would highly recommend for your bush-hog work is a set of check chains. They go between the lower links of the bush-hog and the top link on the tractor there purpose is to hold a constant bottom height so you don't scalp or allow the mower to go to low. The tractor has more than enough power to run the four foot bush-hog at a speed that would be comfortable for you. Art ....

Bob, I just answered you on the other board, but forgot about the fact that my B7100 came with a chain such as Art mentioned, but I never used it; probably should have though; good idea. ....
